BOHEMIACOLLECTION offers free worldwide shipping on completed purchases.

Exchanges and Right of Withdrawal

When shopping in our webshop, you have the right to withdraw from your 
purchase within 14 days of receiving the item. Click link below to initiate return. 
During the Christmas season, the return period is extended; all items purchased 
between November 13 and December 31 may be returned up until January 15. 
We cover all shipping costs worldwide for completed purchases. If you wish to 
return an item or exchange it for something else, the shipping cost is applied by 
deducting it from your refund. If you are simply exchanging an item for another of 
the same price, the easiest way to pay for shipping is by sending 50 SEK via 
Swish to 0704248203. Changes to your purchase incur increased shipping, 
packaging, and administrative costs for us, which is why we charge this fee. The 
worldwide shipping cost is 50 SEK. Please note that this shipping cost applies 
only to returns or exchanges. To make a return, fill out the return form included in 
your package and return it along with the item. If you are missing the return form, 
please email us and we will send you a digital copy. You are required to keep 
the item in its original condition; used items will not be accepted. 
When sending back your shipment, please pack the item in its original 
packaging or equivalent.

Returns are made at your own expense, and you are personally responsible for 
ensuring the shipment arrives back to us. Lost returns will not be accepted. 
If you are requesting a replacement item, please remember to include your 
address and specify which item you would like. Refunds or adjustments 
via Klarna will be processed once the returned item has been received
and inspected. It may take up to 10 days for the funds to be credited after
we receive the item.

Claims

If visible damage occurred prior to delivery, you may file a claim for the product. In this case, do not use the return button; instead, email us at 
i[email protected] to describe the issue—please include a photo if 
possible. After corresponding via email, please send the item to the address 
above. 

Prices and Payment

All product prices include VAT. At checkout, you can view the total price, including all fees: VAT, shipping, and payment costs. We offer payment via Klarna or 
PayPal. For orders with a delivery address outside Sweden, you are responsible 
for paying any applicable customs duties and taxes.

Gift Cards

To pay with a gift card, enter the code received at the time of purchase by 
clicking "Add discount code" at checkout. You can find the code on your 
order confirmation as well as on the physical gift card sent to you by mail.

Delivery

Estimated delivery time for standard shipping is 2–7 business days within 
Sweden via PostNord. Delivery to other countries takes 3–10 business days, 
depending on the destination. Express delivery is also available, ensuring 
your package arrives within 1–3 days of placing your order. Picking up 
your order at our studio in Malmö is the fastest option if you need your 
items immediately. Please note that delivery times may be longer than 
usual during promotional periods, new product launches, holidays, and sales. 
Delivery times stated by BOHEMIACOLLECTION are estimates and are 
not binding.

BOHEMIACOLLECTION accepts no liability for the actions of third-party shipping carriers.

Force Majeure

BOHEMIACOLLECTION is not liable for issues arising from causes beyond our 
control that directly or indirectly prevent, hinder, or make production or shipping 
economically unviable, until such causes have been resolved (force majeure). 
Such causes include difficulties in procuring raw materials as well as other 
difficulties and disruptions—such as war, riots, strikes, fire, storms, accidents, fuel or energy shortages, transport shortages, other obstacles or disruptions to 
maritime transport, or other disruptions affecting the equipment and premises 
necessary for us to fulfill the terms of our agreement.

BOHEMIACOLLECTION reserves the right to modify any information without prior notice and accepts no liability for any typographical errors in the text on this 
website. Furthermore, we do not guarantee that all images accurately reflect the 
actual appearance of the products. BOHEMIACOLLECTION reserves the right to adjust prices and correct any pricing errors.
